I love living here! I moved here Sept.2014 and my experience has been consistent throughout the years. Quiet neighbors, large living spaces and a wood burning fireplace with full basement. The rent is fair when you consider how close you are to literally everything in Overland Park: Shopping, nightlife and specialty shops. Management is pretty prompt when putting in a maintenance request or just needing a call back.
